DenseLight provides one-stop design and manufacturing solutions, ranging from Integrated Photonics Platforms, design and simulation, epitaxial growth, wafer fabrication, chip production, in-line optical coating, sub-mounting, photonic measurements to product tests and screening.

University of Southampton/Cornerstone

CORNERSTONE is a silicon photonics rapid prototyping multi-project-wafer (MPW) capability that utilizes industrially-compatible tools (e.g. deep-UV projection lithography), to enable seamless scaling-up of production volumes, whilst also retaining device level innovation capability using high-resolution lithography (e-beam) and versatile processes.
